Insertions
We are happy to arrange product or collateral material with your product packaging. Please call for a quote.

Less than Minimums
Published minimum quantity applies for decoration/item. For less than minimum
a charge of $75.00(V) will apply.

Standard Lead Times
Most products can ship within 10 working days.
Overseas direct import orders are a standard lead-time of 90-120 days upon
approval of product and artwork.

Rush Service
We can accept requests for rush services based upon availability of product and production capacity; however, additional charges may apply. Please contact your sales associate for rush service arrangements.

Shipping
Cottonwood Kids ships product via UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
We also offer FEDEX and most common carriers.

Packaging
Product is shipped bulk unless otherwise specified by customer or catalog.

COD Drop Shipments
$7.50 per drop ship location, per release, plus freight cost and insurance.
Drop ship addresses must be received prior to production or delays may occur.
Excel format accepted. We will provide a formatted Microsoft Excel spread sheet for drop shipments over 25 pieces.

International Export Shipments
Prices do not include duties, value added taxes or custom fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the shipper or recipient who will be billed for them in addition to any shipping costs. These fees can be delayed in billing up to 90 days. Cottonwood Kids cannot guarantee in-hand dates for international shipping (excluding direct import orders) due to potential customs and shipping delays.

Over Runs / Under Runs
We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and bill accordingly.

Payment Terms
Net 30 days for catalog orders. There may be special terms for direct import orders and orders exceeding catalog quantities. Please contact your sales representative for more details.

Cancellations
Changes to an order may be made 5 days prior to shipment. All orders are considered firm.Cancellations will be accepted only if merchandise has not been decorated. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Cottonwood Kids via Fax (603) 433-6562. Phone cancellations are not acceptable. Cottonwood Kids will accept return of un-imprinted merchandise if return authorization is obtained prior to return, and if merchandise is returned 30 days after the original shipment. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
